Python Programming and Data Science Workshop
Squarebrackets is hosting an intensive, hands-on Python programming workshop at Monad University. This session is designed to bridge the gap between academic theory and industry expectations, focusing on real-world application building. Students will transition from basic syntax to writing production-ready scripts. Our senior engineering instructors will guide participants through live coding sessions, debugging techniques, and industry best practices. By the end of this workshop, students will have built and deployed a functional data analysis project using Python's core libraries.
Agenda
The morning session begins with a deep dive into Python fundamentals, data structures, and object-oriented programming concepts. We will focus on writing clean, PEP-8 compliant code and debugging common runtime errors. The afternoon session shifts to practical data science applications. Students will work with NumPy, Pandas, and Matplotlib to clean datasets and generate visual insights, concluding with a live Q&A session on career paths in software engineering and data science.
